Do I need to own a domain first?
Not necessarily. If you already own one, we point it at your new site. If you do not, we will guide you through registering one in your own name so you keep ownership.
Who writes the content?
You tell us about your services in plain language and we shape it into page copy. You review it before launch and can tell us what to change.
What about photos?
Real photos of your work are best, and phone photos are usually fine. If you do not have usable photos for a section, we design around it rather than pretending with stock imagery.
How many revisions do I get?
We work through review rounds until the site is right for launch. Ongoing changes after launch are handled as part of your monthly service.
Who handles hosting?
WEBNETI. Hosting, SSL, and monitoring are included, so there is no separate hosting account for you to manage.
How do updates work after launch?
Send us the change by email or phone. Reasonable content updates are included in the monthly service.
How long does the build take?
Timelines depend on how quickly we get your business details and photos. We give you a realistic schedule once we know your project, and we do not quote a timeline we cannot hold.
